The fastest way would be to go to Rachet via booty bay, then fly from Northern Barrens to the Barge in thousand needles then swim to Tanaris. alternatively, Take a portal to dalaran, use the portal within the Violet Citadel then use the portal to the Caverns of time, I presume from your question you're around level 43ish so these would be 2 appropraite ways.
